What makes Rello different from other protein bars?
Rello combines 20g of protein with 1.2g creatine and 9g of fiber in every bar. There are no powders to mix, no seed oils, no artificial sweeteners, and no complicated formulas. Just clean performance made simple.
Are Rello products gluten-free?
Yes. All Rello shakes and bars are gluten-free.
Are your products made in the USA?
Yes. Every Rello product is produced in the United States using clean, trusted ingredients.
Do Rello products contain caffeine?
No. Our shakes and bars do not contain added caffeine.

Do Rello products contain seed oils?
No. We do not use industrial seed oils in any product. We use sunflower lecithin for smooth texture without compromising ingredient integrity.
What type of ingredients do you use in your protein bars?
Rello bars are made with organic ingredients, organic honey and organic dates for balanced sweetness, clean proteins, and grass-fed beef tallow for steady energy. Every ingredient is chosen for purpose, digestibility, and flavor.
What flavoring system do you use?
No natural flavors, no artificial flavors, no sugar alcohols. We only use organic honey and organic dates for sweetness.
Are your products Non-GMO?
Yes. Rello products are made with Non-GMO ingredients.
Are your products NSF Certified?
Yes. All Rello products are NSF Certified for Sport. This means they are independently tested to verify ingredient accuracy, purity, and safety for athletes,

What type of creatine do you use?
We use creavitalis creatine in the bars.
Is creatine safe for daily use?
Yes. Creatine is one of the most studied performance ingredients in the world and is considered safe for long-term daily use for most people. If you have a medical condition, ask your doctor before adding supplements.
Why do the bars contain 1.2g creatine?
Rello bars contain 1.2g creatine to support steady, everyday performance and to remain FDA GRAS compliant.
Usage & Storage
Can the bars be used as a meal replacement?
Rello bars offer 20g of protein and clean ingredients. While not designed as full meal replacements, they support balanced energy during busy days.
How long do the bars last?
Each bar is shelf-stable with a printed “best by” date on the packaging.
Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery times vary from 3–7 days depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Rello ships within the U.S. and Canada. We’re working on expanding to more regions soon.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us at hello@relloco.com with your order number and a photo, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
